Amazing experience working with Gojko and Max to find our property. They were extremely responsive and patient. I have never used a buyers agent before, I had consulted with a number of people and companies over the last couple of years but I didn't see the value or interest to helping me with others I had spoken to. Max and Gojko have a motto they live by and from what I can see they walk the talk, where many times, others are all just talk. My experience was great, they helped me in so many ways and they never give up, and they do everything with a positive attitude and lean on you to make the final decision be it good or bad without feeling any negativity at all. I just secured my first property. they work hard for you and they have a wealth of information so I would highly recommend them to help you on your property journey. We found Investia through Facebook ads, and we are so glad we did! The team, especially our advisor Max, has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and support throughout the entire process. We were impressed by their expertise since the initial consultation, where they provided us with valuable insights into the current property market, different property types and their yields etc., and answered all of our questions. The guidance truly empowered us to make informed and confident decisions. We were also pleasantly surprised by their efficiency when, just three weeks after engaging with them, we got presented with four properties that perfectly matched our requirements （and we successfully secured one of them after a couple of offers).
