Built from real experience and hard-earned lessons.
The founders began their investment journey without the advantage of financial backing or guidance from their families. Through hard-earned lessons, extensive research, and insights gained from a strong network of professionals, they built substantial property portfolios from the ground up: over $10M of assets. This real-world experience has since enabled them to guide hundreds of clients over the past five years (120 in 2025 alone) consistently delivering results that outperform the market.

Gojko Boric
Co-FounderIn the mid 90’s, Gojko’s parents arrived in Australia as refugees escaping the Yugoslav War. Growing up, hard work was a standard set by his parents; however, he noticed that despite their efforts, they remained in the lower middle class. This sparked an interest, and later a passion, for finance and wealth creation.
After completing his Bachelor of Engineering degree and improving his understanding of finance, Gojko noticed that his parents had a bad relationship with debt. Not in the kind where they had too much of it, but they hated it and did not know how to use it to their advantage. In hindsight, he noticed that simple and educated decisions could have easily led to major changes in their quality of life.
Gojko went from designing tower cranes to becoming a buyer’s agent after realising his passion for wealth creation. Leveraging responsibly into high-yield properties with strong growth fundamentals allowed him to build a sustainable $5m property portfolio on his own by the age of 28. He applies these same investment principles with his clients today.
On a personal level, Gojko’s weekends consist of playing soccer and cooking bbq’s for friends and family. He has a golden retriever called Medo and is looking forward to starting a family with his Fiancée.
Maxime Giaubert
Co-FounderOriginally from France, Max has called Sydney home for the past 15 years. Arriving in Australia with very little, he was driven by a belief that this country offered greater opportunities for ambitious young people willing to work hard and create their own future.
Max holds two Master’s degrees in Professional Accounting and Business and has built a successful career in sales, travelling across more than 50 countries and developing a deep understanding of people, business and what drives success.
His true passion is investing and helping others build a better financial future. Today, one of the most rewarding experiences of his life is helping clients make life changing financial decisions, while building a company grounded in strong values, genuine care and an exceptional team culture.
Together with his wife, Max has built a portfolio of more than 10 properties, with a strong focus on high cash flow assets and long-term financial sustainability.
Beyond business and investing, Max’s greatest motivation is his family. His wife and two children are his WHY, and most weekends you’ll find them enjoying the beach, aquatic centres or playgrounds around Sydney.

He comes from a large family with property development, building and property investing roots. Luke’s not afraid to get hands-on with his personal renovation/construction projects for his own properties. Using the combination of his experience and background, his insights are extremely valuable when doing inspections and participating in auctions

Min immigrated to Australia from China at the age of nine and has since built an impressive career at the intersection of law, accounting and property investment. She holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce from UNSW, is admitted as a solicitor at the Supreme Court of NSW, a Chartered Accountant and a registered Tax Agent specialising in property investment, trust structures and SMSFs. Min provides strategic tax guidance and ongoing support to many of Investia’s clients, helping them structure their investments effectively and make informed decisions. Outside of work, Min enjoys badminton, Zumba and travelling the world.
