We will connect you with our recommended investment-focused mortgage broker. During a Zoom meeting, they will assess your preliminary borrowing capacity and present potential loan products. By the end of this meeting, you will have a clear understanding of your purchasing position and feel confident with the loan products we have in mind.

This will likely be one of the most expensive purchases you make in your life so we have to make sure you do it right. Here we’ll present an investment strategy based on your goals and financial assessment. We will cover property types, locations, tax and even retirement. Don’t worry, if you’re already well equipped with a strategy, here’s where you can share it and together we can build on it.
search & negotiation
You will be presented with properties that fit your tailored investment strategy. Our research team identifies top growth and yield suburbs monthly and our strong agent relationships present us with both on and off market opportunities. Every property you are presented will come with its own analysis and supporting documents showing why we believe this property fits you. Once you’re happy to make offers, we’ll recommend a negotiation strategy and commence on your behalf. After we secure the deal, we will be there every step of the way from when the contracts come out until you settle and have the property tenanted.
management & growth
You will be recommended to trusted property managers with proven performance at discounted rates. At this stage you would have bought your first investment partnering with Investia, but our service doesn’t stop here! We will recap our strategy now that you have purchased your property and identify when you will be able to purchase again. We will also organize property valuations every 6 months to ensure you keep up to date with your portfolio performance. Don’t forget, we are your investment partner so our doors will always be open for any help you need with your property you purchased.
